Escrow services subject to partner availability, eligibility, transaction documentation and applicable law. UNETRA is not a bank, escrow agent, trustee, law firm, title insurer, lender, government authority or Real Estate Regulatory Authority, and does not hold customer purchase money. Due diligence is document review and coordination, and does not guarantee title.
RERA registration and disclosures, where applicable, remain subject to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, applicable rules and the relevant Real Estate Regulatory Authority. A promoter’s statutory RERA project account is separate from any Secure Property escrow arrangement, and using UNETRA does not replace RERA compliance.
