How it works

UNETRA Inspect, step by step.

  1. 01

    Guided capture

A room-by-room checklist covers walls, floors, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, meters and keys.

  2. 02

    Photo evidence

Each item can carry a timestamped photo and a note.

  3. 03

    Joint review

The other party reviews the report and acknowledges it, or raises what they disagree with.

  4. 04

    Compare at move-out

The move-out report is shown item by item against the move-in report, and changes feed the deposit settlement.

Who it’s for

Tenants

  • Pre-existing issues recorded before you move in
  • Deductions only for documented changes
  • Dispute an item with your own note

Landlords

  • Evidence of the condition you handed over
  • A clean comparison at move-out
  • Condition history on the Property Card

Questions

What if we disagree about an item?

Either side can dispute the report with a note. The disagreement stays visible on the record and can go to UNETRA mediation during deposit settlement.

Who can see the photos?

Only the landlord and tenant on that tenancy, and UNETRA staff handling a dispute.
