Questions
Is a digital agreement legally valid?
Electronic signatures are recognised under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Stamp duty and registration still follow your state’s rules, and UNETRA shows which apply before you sign.
Can we add the housing society?
Yes. A tripartite agreement adds the society as the third signatory where the society requires it.
