    The tenant and property are UNETRA Verified.

  2. 02

    Autopay on

    Rent is paid through UNETRA with autopay.

    Monitoring

    UNETRA tracks every payment and follows up on delays.

    Paid by the 5th

    Rent reaches the landlord by the 5th of each month. If the tenant pays late, partner-backed protection covers up to one month’s rent while recovery proceeds.

How your money moves

    Pays deposit or rent through UNETRA.

  2. Payment / deposit

    Collected via an authorised payment channel. Receipt issued.

  3. UNETRA platform

    Records the transaction against the agreement. UNETRA does not hold the funds.

  4. Regulated partner

    Applicable regulated partner: bank, escrow or financial institution, as applicable to the product.

  5. Status tracking

    Both parties see every status change in real time.

  6. Release / settlement

    Released according to the agreed terms and inspection outcome.
